The differently abled can apply for the department’s various assistive devices, which include government subsidies (Govt Assured) and choice-based options for advanced models. Differently abled individuals can apply with their profiles and documents as per the eligibility criteria defined by the department.

Institutions that provide services to people with disabilities will have access to an online application form. As a result, the processing of registrations and renewals for homes, special schools, and other relevant organisations authorised by the government will be made easier. A recommendation for approval can be sent to the State Commissionerate by the District Officer once they have reviewed the application and electronically reported the findings of their inspection. The head office will issue the certificate through an online system to the institutions that comply with the requirements.
Additionally, the institution can update any essential documents and monitor the expiration of their certificates. The institution information and student or inmate records may be modified in accordance with the limits that have been granted.
